Problem takes much to long to change oil and filter rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. My old dealership Within the time of two hrs would do the same service plus provide a complimen rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. Service writer was very good at her job, kept me informed of the progress. Oh by the way I was there before my appointment time of 11:40 and didn’t get my vehicle back till almost 4:00pm. We went to Arlington Toyota because we were looking for another Avalon. Gil Mariano helped us. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was polite and cheerful and not pushy at all.
