The car buying experience at Arlington Toyota (AT) was very low-pressure and the professionalism of the salespeople (Monica and Gil) was more than I could have asked for. My decision to buy from Arlington Toyota was a combination of need and price. Monica had incredible patience and helped me find alternatives to what I was looking for within the price-range I budgeted. Not only that, but she was always available when I had questions. Her assistance and relaxed attitude was what ultimately convinced me to purchase from AT. At no point did I ever feel like I had to make a decision or was pressured to make a hasty decision. It was a breath of fresh air from some of the other dealerships I'd dealt with in the past. Gil was great too! He was very prompt, friendly and helped to expedite the purchasing process. Gil was very thorough and explained the purchasing process and provided the transparency one looks for when making a significant purchase such as this.
