I found the Certified Pre-Owned car I was looking for and contacted City Volkswagen through their website. They immediately reached out to confirm the car was available and a time to come drive it. Gilbert is a super friendly and knowledgeable salesperson and had the answers to all my questions. I appreciated all the work Gilbert did in the background to keep the process moving smoothly. Gilbert assessed my trade-in and we were able to land on an agreeable price quickly and fairly. Alex on the finance team was also easy to work with, knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly as well. This was the second car I've purchased from City Volkswagen and will return again I'm sure when it's time for the next one. More
