I am highly disappointed with Richard Alvarez and DeMontrond Buick GMC. I worked with them while looking for a 2026 Yukon Denali with specific features. He said he could get it, but I had to put down DeMontrond Buick GMC. I worked with them while looking for a 2026 Yukon Denali with specific features. He said he could get it, but I had to put down a $503.00 deposit. He also said that the deposit was non-refundable if I changed my mind about the car. He said he expected to have it in by Tuesday evening. However, Richard did not initiate any communication throughout the week. I contacted him several times, and he finally told me on Thursday that they couldn't get the car in, even though he thought he could. He then said he would refund my deposit because he couldn't keep his original promise. I ended up working with the salesman at Group One Buick GMC. They had the Yukon I was looking for, and I purchased it and drove away on Friday night. I have attempted to contact Richard several times to request the refund that he promised. He has not responded, and the finance department has not refunded the deposit he promised. His lack of communication after making a promise, then failing to refund the deposit when he couldn't deliver the car he promised, reflects poorly on his integrity as a salesman and on DeMontrond Buick GMC as a company. I will turn in my 2026 Yukon Denali for a 2029 when GMC releases the updated style. And I will not be shopping at DeMontrond. More
