I had an Appt. but was told my wait time could be 2 to 3hrs for an oil change. My wife and I were discussing the matter in the lobby. I think a manager in passing but was told my wait time could be 2 to 3hrs for an oil change. My wife and I were discussing the matter in the lobby. I think a manager in passing overheard our conversation. 5 min. later our car was in the bay being worked on The reason appt. are made is to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Service was extremely slow for what I had serviced on my car. Changing a tail light bulb and an oil change took 2 1/2 hours/ Price was over $100. Too much for something so simple. Jenkins Nissan and its employees have always treated me with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for. They also doing inspection and tell me anything that's upcoming with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for. I've been coming here since 2016 and I've never failed to come in when I needed my car service because they honor their warranties. Gil was fantastic both in assessing and troubleshooting the problem with my car! He then took it upon himself to quickly take care of the problem and get my car fixed promptly and efficiently. I brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change. It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless you turn off the Rear Emergency Brake in the settings (EVERY TIME YOU START THE CAR!) The Tech told me that they had to turn it off in the settings, and I didn't have to set it again! I proved to the Tech that they were wrong, and that you have to turn it off EVERY TIME! I hope they learned something that day! Great service though, as usual. More
