She allowed us to not only have one test drive but two test drives all the while being very patient with all of our questions. The great thing she was not overbearing or pushy. Most importantly, I was impressed that SHE was so knowledgeable concerning the specification of the vehicles. Her listening ability was most appreciated and I would recommend her to any potential auto buyer - Good Job Gillian and you too John! More

She greeted me in the showroom with a smile and didn’t stop smiling until I drove off the lot several hours later in a new Acura RLX. I didn’t make the process quite that easy, there were lots of question about features of the Acura, should I finance or lease, then there were two test drives, but she was helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Then Gillian made me an offer I could not refuse, so I didn’t. Keith, in the finance office, is a proud US Navy veteran who I could relate to, was well organized and efficient making the paperwork portion of the deal painless. Overall dealing with Gillian, Keith and others at Crown Acura was my fantasy car buying experience. More

This was my first experience with an Acura dealer. I felt I was ready for a luxury car, and always felt positive about Acura. I was interested in the MDX, and had looked at Honda and Ford. My wife and I were immediately pleased and comfortable with Gillian Barnes. It was a big step up when compared to the other dealers. Gillian and others at Crown Acura were professional and well spoken. Although she has only been working for Crown a short time, she was very familiar with the vehicle and the process. Gillian was at tentative and not overly pushy and other dealerships. It was like a college experience compared to a grade school experience at Honda and Ford.
