I had a great experience at Crown Acura thanks to Gillian Barnes. We had a very short window to buy our daughter a car for her 18th birthday. We had gone to several dealerships and couldn’t find what we were Barnes. We had a very short window to buy our daughter a car for her 18th birthday. We had gone to several dealerships and couldn’t find what we were looking for. The selection of cars and warranty provided at Crown Acura was beyond what I had seen at other dealerships. When I called about a specific car and stated that it could take us a while to get there with traffic, Gillian Barnes insisted we stop in and offered to stay late to show us the vehicle. She took her time to share details about the car and answer our questions. We ended up buying the car that night and she ensured it was washed, although many had already left for the night. Her genuine care, patience and customer service skills went above and beyond our expectations. And our daughter freaked out when we surprised her with her new car! ❤️ More
