Ginny did great job of getting my 2020 Atlas serviced first thing in the morning, knowing that I work night shift and would be waiting for the car to be serviced. I moved to Princeton few years ago and recently I used of Princeton VW service on September 20th,2021. I spoke with Art. He was helping me with my VW golf. I dropped off my car at the service on Thursday,Sep Princeton VW service on September 20th,2021. I spoke with Art. He was helping me with my VW golf. I dropped off my car at the service on Thursday,September 16th in the afternoon. I went to the garage on Saturday to check the status of my car repair. I was told that I will need to call on Monday, September 20th. I called on Monday before 9am. I was told that they can not locate the problem. I decided not to continue with hourly diagnostics and asked Art to let me know when my car will be ready to pick up. He told me that I can come in one hour. I was at the service one hour later but my car was not ready. Later on I found out that my engine cover was missing. I called about this 2 times and spoke about it. Customer service rom issued to call me back about it but they never did. I will never use Princeton Service and will advise my friends and aquanauts not to use this service too. I love Hamilton Service they are so,so,so much better. I love Ginny and all the service people at Hamilton Office. I will recommend them to everybody. Thank you. More
