I am writing to endorse and praise the service department at the Hamilton Volkswagen dealership. The customer service I received from service manager Michael Kayes and service consultant Ginny Polizzi was ex at the Hamilton Volkswagen dealership. The customer service I received from service manager Michael Kayes and service consultant Ginny Polizzi was excellent! My vehicle was due for the recommended 40,000 mile service and everything was completed first class. I highly recommend this dealership as both Michael and Ginny took great care of me and my car. More

We were customers of another dealership closer to our home where we bought the car. Every time we brought it in for service we felt something that cost a large amount of money went wrong. The straw that home where we bought the car. Every time we brought it in for service we felt something that cost a large amount of money went wrong. The straw that broke the camels back was the last time. The rear hatch would not open they said it would be $850 to repair and they would have to put a tech in the back to take the hatch apart and the new part was around $250. I said no to that and picked the car up. I had a par there in two days and did the repair in 30 minutes costing me $50. I decided to try your place and am pleasantly happy with the service and how nice everybody was. Even the phone system is better! Thanks for being there for the customers and being customer friendly! We are your customer now! More

Service was reasonably quick, professional and satisfactory. Very communicative about all that is going in during service. Given realistic times for when service would be completed. They fixed one thing and knocked out something else. Had to make three trips to take care of a maintenance issue.
