In Dec I did a full service and they gave me a list of things that’s need to be fixed, and in a month time my starter wasn’t working (It wasn’t on the list of things).I asked a mechanic what was wrong bef things that’s need to be fixed, and in a month time my starter wasn’t working (It wasn’t on the list of things).I asked a mechanic what was wrong before taking it to VW and he told me it’s the starter is the problem that’s why it’s not starting and I was going to make him do it so I went to auto zone to get the starter and it was only $220.but then I changed my mind and I was like I don’t really trust him I’m going to VW (because I trust them) so I returned it and towed the car to them. Oh yes they called me telling me everything that’s wrong with the car and I asked how much to fix the starter. The lady told me $911 so I said that’s very expensive! She said there’s nothing I can do about it so I told her how much the starter was at auto zone and she said the starter they about to order is 400 and change and the rest is for labor... how the same starter is so much more I got robbed!!! I think I got false information. And maybe they been knew the starter was going and didn’t let me know because they wanted me to come back. I fixed the starter and they gave me a new list of things that’s wrong with the car that came up to $4000 and change I thinks I’m getting scammed and I’m not coming back to you guys I’m going to a different shop or dealership.... HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! More
