Great customer service. Ginny Palozzi and the whole service department are the best. They did a complete checkup on my car, listed what needed to be done. Ginny explained why it was important and gave me information what was the most important to get done, the cost, how long it would take, and options. I contacted her and she worked with me in setting up another appointment. The service men who work on the cars are diligent in recognizing problems that may come home, when service should be done, and work in a timely manner. The waiting room there is comfortable and it has machines for coffee, coke, etc. I have always had excellent service there and would recommend it to anyone who has a Volkswagen. More
