1040 appt didn’t get checked in till 11. Just there for oil change and tire rotation took 3 hrs from appt time till I left. I will be looking elsewhere for better service time. I took my wife's car last week to get serviced and the place I went to did oil change multipoint inspection (with video) and a recall in 45 min. They will get a copy of my warranty that I got from you to make sure is all good and now get double the work. More

The service was terrible on 7/6! I pulled up in the service area and was not greeted nor acknowledged. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, and it was not busy, I went inside to ask for help. A car salesmen told me he would get a service advisor immediately. The car salesman came back 10 minutes later to make sure I’ve been assisted :) That was very sweet of him. However, the advisors need to work on their customer service. I expect the same treatment every time I service my vehicle. Very disappointed! More
