Awful Had my car for 1 week & no diagnostic tests were run no explanation as to why my 2016 Chrysler 200 has run thru 4 batteries. No answer as to is there Had my car for 1 week & no diagnostic tests were run no explanation as to why my 2016 Chrysler 200 has run thru 4 batteries. No answer as to is there a shirt is alternator working. I appreciate the 5th battery but Gio you need to return calls! You bibbed when each of the 3 times I had to stop by to check on my car! So after a week you’re done & so is my respect for the dealer. More

Not pleased with the service I was provided at all I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for my left rear blinker to be looked at. Was given my car back with a missing lug nut cap, the unlock I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for my left rear blinker to be looked at. Was given my car back with a missing lug nut cap, the unlock/lock on the driver side was hanging down by the electrical wires, and my tire alignment was all messed up. Will never go back to this location to get my Jeep Wrangler serviced because when I went back to the service desk, the gentleman I was working with only had excuses to give me. More
