3 hour wait time Usually I give an amazing review because I know how important it is in customer service. This visit had to be addressed differently. Upon arrival it t Usually I give an amazing review because I know how important it is in customer service. This visit had to be addressed differently. Upon arrival it took 11 minutes for someone to ask the reason for my visit. It took to long that I resulted in just dropping my key in an envelope and walking away just as I was doing so, I was finally helped. Along with the long wait time to be greeted, it took three hours to complete. I know there is always the reason of being extra busy, which is good. But three hours from when they pull my car into a bay until they pulled it out was a little much. I will still bring my vehicle here to give it another shot, but i will be weary of the time of service and greeting on the front drive. More
