Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service...etc. Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service and the representatives like to treat customers as though they are stupid. I took my van for a simple repair Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service and the representatives like to treat customers as though they are stupid. I took my van for a simple repair and they told me I needed much more than was truly needed. As though this wasn’t enough, they also returned my car to me with additional damage that the car didnt have before I took it in. This is the second time that they’ve done this. More
