On March 16, 2019, I had the privilege of mee I want to take a minute of your time to speak to you about one of your employees of Ray Chevrolet (RC). On March 16, 2019, I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Giovanny Salgado who greeted me upon my arrival to RC . While at the RC I informed Giovanny of my intentions of purchasing a New 2018 Camaro and during my time with Giovanny he was always courteous and professional. With that being said, I did purchase a New 2018 Camaro. I don't know if Giovanny is a trainer for RC, if not, I would highly recommend Giovanny to a training position in customer service because he is that impressive. I also witnessed how Giovanny interacted with his co-workers throughout RC and I noticed how he treated them with the up most respect. I am proud to have met such a professional as Giovanny and would like to thank you for hiring such an outstanding employee. More

Very good experience!! I will be honest I very much dislike purchasing vehicles, but Giovanny and the Ray Chevrolet team made it a great experience!! I explained to Giovanny I will be honest I very much dislike purchasing vehicles, but Giovanny and the Ray Chevrolet team made it a great experience!! I explained to Giovanny what I wanted and didn't want and he didn't try and push things on me I didn't want or need. I was very upfront with everything and he was very good about adhering to everything. It took longer than it should have to sign all the paperwork, but that was not the fault of Ray staff. The old saying you can't please all the people all the time....but I was definitely pleased with my purchase!! More
