Had a great experience with Gio. He was very knowledgeable about the traverse and all the trim levels. He listened to my needs and wants and found several reasonable choices that fit my needs pe knowledgeable about the traverse and all the trim levels. I have been to multiple lots interacting with numerous sales men and none thus far have been as personable and helpful as your employee Giovanny. Every salesman I have come in contact with has pointed me in the wrong direction of the car that best suits my family, leaving me feeling drained, whereas he made my search actually quite enjoyable and his energy was contagious. I believe I have my sights set on a car I was shown and I will be returning soon to make the commitment! And it will certainly be on a day Gio is working! On March 16, 2019, I had the privilege of mee I want to take a minute of your time to speak to you about one of your employees of Ray Chevrolet (RC). On March 16, 2019, I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Giovanny Salgado who greeted me upon my arrival to RC . While at the RC I informed Giovanny of my intentions of purchasing a New 2018 Camaro and during my time with Giovanny he was always courteous and professional. With that being said, I did purchase a New 2018 Camaro. I don't know if Giovanny is a trainer for RC, if not, I would highly recommend Giovanny to a training position in customer service because he is that impressive. I also witnessed how Giovanny interacted with his co-workers throughout RC and I noticed how he treated them with the up most respect. I am proud to have met such a professional as Giovanny and would like to thank you for hiring such an outstanding employee. More
