Why is it so hard to find a reasonably priced, fast, 4 door hatchback with all wheel drive? I feel like every young active person wants exactly that car. Hopefully the WRX will start being made in a hatch again soon. Anyway, when we went in, we met with Glen and he was just awesome. We explained our conundrum and he got all excited, said he'd be right back and took off. He brought us a used WRX hatchback that met all of our criteria. We took a test drive and it was definitely a fast car, but we were a little hesitant because it was 3 years old so we wouldn't get as good of a warranty and we hadn't done any research to understand what it was worth. We had gone into the dealer assuming we'd just try out the new Impreza and see how slow it felt. Obviously, you're not going to like an Impreza immediately after driving a WRX, so we decided to go home after driving the WRX and do some research. Ultimately, we decided the WRX was too old and the Impreza was too slow, so we ended up with a front wheel drive car. But, we almost wanted to get the Impreza anyway because dealing with Glen was so much better than the other dealers around. More

The relaxed, warm and friendly reception I received, and the reputation Cityside has for quality service, sealed my decision to purchase from Cityside. There was no "sales pressure" but a professional and well-informed staff. I decided on a car in inventory but overnight decided on a different color. When I went in the next day to complete the purchase and said I changed my mind, instead of getting push-back, they found what I wanted at another out-of-state dealer and I had the car within the week. Great, courteous, down to earth people at Cityside, especially Glen. More

So it was very natural for me to head there when I made the decision to buy a new car this week. I thought I wanted a Forester, but wasn't sure. Glen Dalton was fabulous to work with; I couldn't have had a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the various models I could choose from. He talked me through everything clearly and carefully, including financing options. He was very, very courteous and struck me as squeaky clean. Never was there any pressure. The negotiations went smoothly and satisfactorily. I did decide to buy a Forester and absolutely love it. I hoped to take it home with me that day, and Glen made it happen in a matter of hours. He even recommended a place to go for lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed, and then he brought the car down to the restaurant! What service! Glen and the dealership made everything easy from start to finish—handling registration, inspection, etc etc. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Finally, it's worth noting that Glen has been at Cityside for a decade. In an industry where car salesmen come and go, that speaks very well of both Glen and Cityside. More
