We had an excellent experience with salesman Glen Dalton and business manager John Melvin at the Cityside dealership. This was our first Subaru purchase and first time at Cityside dealership. At the beginning I was a hesitant since it was my first time buying a new car and first time at Cityside Subaru dealership. I have not had ever a Subaru before but surprisingly I had an excellent experience which was completely different from other dealerships! Glen was a great salesman, helpful and informative but not pushy and very efficient as well as friendly! Glen was able to communicate well and knows his products very well. Paperwork process with John Melvin was easy, painless and really quick. Both were very professional, friendly and respectful. The overall experience, from test driving to the sale and paperwork, was easy and professional.
