I had an amazing experience at Eastern's Temple HIlls location. I wasn;t sure if I would qualify for an Auto loan because of my credit score, but they assured me that I did. My sales rep Glenda was pheno location. I wasn;t sure if I would qualify for an Auto loan because of my credit score, but they assured me that I did. My sales rep Glenda was phenomenal. She listened to my needs and helped me think about the best options for my family, having small children all with special needs. After making our purchase we found out my husband also would need a new car. We went back to Glenda who worked to get us qualified for an additional loan and searched every single location for the vehicle husband preferred. She arranged for it to be transported to the Temple Hills location so we wouldn't have to travel. We noticed a recall on the CarFax and she took the time to research to see if the recall had been satisfied and provided us with an update. She and the entire staff were also very kind to our toddlers who were running around playing hide n seek in the showroom. Someone brought them crayons and paper, while another person offered them candy and snacks. Glenda also gave recommendations on how to care for the vehicles and make adjustments to best manage our finances and credit. Overall it was an incredible experience to what is usually a very stressful process. We are grateful to Glenda and the Temple Hills Eastern's team for helping us restore peace for our family and have safe, reliable vehicles. More
