Karrissa assisted me made the experience a delight I was so pleased when I finally ended up with Karissa, my final saleperson. She truly understood what I was wanting to buy and worked hard to find me I was so pleased when I finally ended up with Karissa, my final saleperson. She truly understood what I was wanting to buy and worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted and not just what was available on the lot. I was reviewing my paperwork this morning and noticed another sales agent's name on my worksheet, and immediately called the dealership as I detested that agent and didn't wish him to obtain any kind of credit for any business that I conducted. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Rockwall, and I love the dealership. I've had my car serviced in the dealership and haven't found the culture to be exceptional. Most likely this is my dealership for life! Karissa, placed on big pretty pink bow on my new car and took a picture for me. More
