I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

Great experience We were in for service on our outback and ended up buying an Ascent...from the same salesman and sales manager that we purchased our first Subaru... Mike is definitely an asset to your dealership..knows how to make customers feel comfortable making an auto purchase..his number 1 concern was making sure we got the best deal and got everything we wanted!..the customer counts in his eyes!!! Your whole dealership has that same attitude! Service is fantastic, Gil, and Glen...Charles also made it a great transaction... Thanks Mike...we love our Ascent!!! More

Courteous, friendly, professionals Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the complet Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the completion of the recall, everyone in the service department was great. While there Glenn introduced us to Travis in sales. Travis, who is extremely knowledgeable of Subaru's, spent a great deal of time showing us the features of new Outbacks and answering our many questions. We were considering a new vehicle at some point, probably a year down the road. We went back to see Travis a couple of weeks after the recall service to ask more questions and to do a test drive. We were planning to become a one vehicle family and wanted to see if we should rule the Outback in or out of contention. Well, after careful consideration, and a great buying experience, we drove our new 2018 Outback home that afternoon! To make our trade transition easier for us Travis rode with us to our home to pickup our trade thus saving us a trip back to the dealership (45 miles one-way). Service with a smile! Dusty was very informative during the financing process and made the process simple and enjoyable. Tina's training session relating to the many features of navigation, media, and security was excellent. We were looking for a great car and a great Dealership and we found both! More

WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE, CAME HOME IN A NEW CAR SATURDAY MORNING HAD AN APPT FOR 18000 MILE SERVICE ON MY IMPREZA. EARLIER THAT WK HAD AN INVITE TO DRIVE THE NEW CROSSTREK BUT I COULDN'T MAKE THE DA SATURDAY MORNING HAD AN APPT FOR 18000 MILE SERVICE ON MY IMPREZA. EARLIER THAT WK HAD AN INVITE TO DRIVE THE NEW CROSSTREK BUT I COULDN'T MAKE THE DATES. SO ASKED TO SEE ONE WHILE I WAITED. ONE THING LEAD TO ANOTHER, GOT A NEW EAGER SALESMAN TO LET ME TEST DRIVE, ALWAYS WISHED I HAD GOTTEN THE CROSSTREK BUT DIDN'T HAVE AS SOLID HISTORY AS THE IMPREZA, LOVED THAT IT SAT HIGHER. Great vehicle for a great price We were looking for an SUV. I have never owned a Subaru, but I have heard and read good things about the Outback. We went to Subaru Surprise, and we We were looking for an SUV. I have never owned a Subaru, but I have heard and read good things about the Outback. We went to Subaru Surprise, and were helped by "Subaru Joe". He took the time to explain about the Outback and view what they had in stock. We told him what options we wanted, and he showed us what we wanted. He explained what other options were available, but he did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. We decided to lease, and the whole process was quick and simple. We also wanted tinted windows, and they did that while we finished the financing. When the vehicle was ready, everything about it was explained and demonstrated. We enjoyed our visit, and totally recommend Subaru Surprise. When our lease is up, we already plan to get another Outback. More
