Once they sell you a car, their customer service is crap! Called for 2 weeks after I purchased my highlander and received 1 return call which I missed and had to wait another week for another call back. They did my $2000 ceramic clearcoat and I called them as I had questions on how I didn't think it was done properly as well as a fairly good size scratch on my hood that wasn't there when I dropped off. They put a almost $600 protection on my interior which deters liquid, for my seat to still absorb liquid immediately. Called them the same day I picked up my car and haven't received a return call and were almost 3 weeks later now. Highly do NOT recommend. More
