Only used the service department at the Salisbury location, but negative experience with Lexington location. Ultimately purchased my second car from the Lexington location and hoping that wasn’t a location, but negative experience with Lexington location. Ultimately purchased my second car from the Lexington location and hoping that wasn’t a bad decision. Went and looked at one vehicle and it had obvious water intrusion, musty smell as soon as you opened the door. Had set an appointment to view and vehicle was buried on the lot, after waiting 30 minutes to have it pulled out battery was dead. I left after that after wasting over an hour of time after having set an appointment. Fast forward a few weeks and I went to look at the vehicle I ultimately purchased. Again set an appointment early in the morning to look at it in the evening. Got there and they couldn’t find it, turned out it was in the Collin center having a few cosmetic issues addressed, but worse it took an hour and a half to get keys to see the inside. Decided to make the purchase as it had all options I wanted etc and waited 3 days to pick up. Purchased and ran through the first car wash, back window leaked. Jerry Hunt in Salisbury fixed it after two weeks and two trips due to contractor who does the windshields fell through the first trip. No big deal needed oil change on first trip and decided to add a tire rotation to the second since it was going back. Just had the truck dropped off, and tire rotation wasn’t done. Staff is super friendly but missing the small details on stuff for their customers. More
