Great Experience, Great Service This was my 4th car I leased from Crown Honda. I felt very valued as a repeat customer. Gloria Baraban was my Sales Manager and was Excellent. She was This was my 4th car I leased from Crown Honda. I felt very valued as a repeat customer. Gloria Baraban was my Sales Manager and was Excellent. She was very thoughtful, made me feel comfortable, and showed how much she truly cared. Justin Callahan, Finance Manager, was also a pleasure to work with- knowledgeable, personable, and also made the experience smooth. Highly recommended anyone to Crown. More

Gloria saved the day After a disappointing start when the salesman we originally dealt with left the company, and I can see why, our file was taken over by Gloria Baraban After a disappointing start when the salesman we originally dealt with left the company, and I can see why, our file was taken over by Gloria Baraban who dealt with us by email as we were out of the country in the lead up to the completion of our purchase of a new Honda HRV. During all our contacts Gloria proved very courteous and efficient and most prompt in dealing with our questions and we felt that she always had our interest at heart. This lady is a definite asset to Crown Honda. On the finance side Mark Philips was very helpful, explaining our options and dealing with our queries as well as ensuring we signed more forms than we have ever seen before! More

Buying a new car was never so easy! I was searching for a new Honda CR-V Touring model in a certain color. I used several internet sales search engines and stopped at a few dealers. The I was searching for a new Honda CR-V Touring model in a certain color. I used several internet sales search engines and stopped at a few dealers. The experience was not very good. I then accidentally found Crown Honda who had just what I wanted at a great price. I was skeptical to say the least. I called and spoke to Gloria Baraban and asked what was the bottom line on this model seeing that the advertised price was so low. I was certain there had to be a catch. Ms. Baraban encouraged me to come and try the car an see if it was what I wanted. No hard sales at all. My wife and I came saw the car and fell in love with it. Gloria had the car detailed and a couple of minor items we found were taken care of immediately. I would definitely buy here again. It was a pleasure. More
