Horrible Customer Care and ZERO Follow Through f I could rate ZERO stars I would. WORST customer care ever!! Very typical USED CAR SALESMAN treatment. Would never step a foot in their dealership f I could rate ZERO stars I would. WORST customer care ever!! Very typical USED CAR SALESMAN treatment. Would never step a foot in their dealership ever again. Once sale was made on a 2019 Jeep, the niceness disappeared. Made promises that were followed by, you bought the car AS-IS. I understand what AS-IS means, however if you say you are going to take care of something, then follow through. And not just the salesman, the sales managers are NO better. Stay away!! More

He is the type of salesperson that exudes caring and builds confidence throughout the encounter. I made several visits there in my "hunt" ; he never put pressure on me while at the same time always providing me valuable information on his path of earning my business. On a scale of 1-10, Golbert and the entire dealership gets a whopping 11! More
