Goran is the best salesman I have ever met by far, especially after dealing with several other dealerships over a three-week period. We were actually on our way back to buy an xt6 and started to dread especially after dealing with several other dealerships over a three-week period. We were actually on our way back to buy an xt6 and started to dread the issues plagued by the uncertainty that started with our downpayment on a car that never was 2 weeks earlier. We decided to check out Infiniti on our way so I called Infiniti first to avoid the same problems and was connected with Goran. He answered my questions without hesitation and had keys in hand when we arrived. He is a true professional, no pressure just facts, he's a walking encyclopedia. I even had a problem believing him at first but he was absolutely true to his word, so refreshing! Still can't believe the deal he gave us and the fact we were drove off with our new QX60 within a few hours, trade-in and all. Here's the kicker, always thought (based on past experiences) salespeople/dealerships were no longer your best friend after the sale was done. Well, all the unimaginable features had my wife a bit overwhelmed and she reached out to Goran who set an appointment to spend time with her. We ended up figuring everything out together but just knowing he's still 110% with us is amazing. effort.
