Goran took care of my trade in and my purchase. He was the ultimate professional throughout and there was no wasted time nor did I ever feel rushed. He called me 2 weeks after the sale to ask me some questions about my trade in for a customer. I eventually spoke on the phone with the customer to answer the questions directly. It was great to see Goran taking care of another satisfied customer who eventually purchased my trade in and received a great vehicle. Nick Garafolo in Finance was also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Orlando INFINITI enough More

He was able to provide recommendations on the different motor and trim packages and was extremely efficient and accommodating when I wanted to see multiple pre-owned Q50s for test drives. Within reason he was able to accommodate all of my request to get the deal done. My experience in the finance department was unlike any other. Gabrial was able to get me out of the door and in my Q50 amazingly quick. Also, Curtis and the detail team did an exceptional job on the detail and made sure my car was shining when I drove away.
