This dealership is FANTASTIC! Made an appointment to check out a truck, worked with Gordon in sales and Randy for financing. Linda Storman was the initial contact person and she was EXCELLENT to work with. I asked about the market adjustments, they dont charge any. She gave me the background on the dealership, was very transparent with the process and ensure me there would be no surprises with the buying process. The entire process was extremely painless. I kept waiting for there to be a sticking point and it never arose. No market adjustment, no add on charge attempts for paint protection, pinstriping, wheel/tire insurance or whatever else many dealers try to pad the purchase price with. Local dealerships in Ocala all try to add BS charges. Sullivan GMC, for example, puts $10K on top of MSRP for a market adjustment. Complete nonsense with them. Eagle is a family-owned business, military ownership, straight shooters. Can't say enough good things about the staff there. In and out in three hours which isn't bad considering I was essentially a walk-in customer. Gordon was extremely transparent and 100% honest with the charges and how they sold vehicles, very knowledgeable on the truck and a great person to work with. Randy in finance was also a straight shooter. Laid everything out and let us decide on what to purchase with ABSOLUTELY no pressure. Because of the experience, I will most certainly refer family and friends to them. ALL dealerships need to take a page out of their book and make the process as easy as it was with Eagle. More

We noticed right away that the dealership had a friendly vibe and it was easy to hang out while waiting. We felt like each individual we sat with knew their job well and were.happy to help even though we we vibe and it was easy to hang out while waiting.
