Sorry, it should have been 4 stars, I corrected that. It was overall a good experience, but to elaborate more on the review, I spoke with Cody originally, and we pointed out a few things on the vehicle that needed to be repaired if purchased, he assured me it would be taken care of. The taillight housing and the chip in the windshield were a couple of my concerns, the chip in the windshield not being filled is really no big deal, that was explained later on by another sales rep (Gordon) (Great guy by the way) that it probably wasn’t going to get fixed. I was okay with that. However I did sign a paper saying the taillight would be taken care of. Somewhere along the way something got mixed up and somehow they thought it was the bulb being replaced, that’s a $20 part at most, I wasn’t worried about the bulb, the housing however I was concerned about because it costs significantly more to replace. I do suppose it is a bit my fault for not reiterating that it’s the housing, but you can see the hole in it, it’s hard to miss. So I just assumed that was understood. Other than that, it was an overall good experience and I would recommend Eagle Buick to the people I know.
