The process was indeed smooth and pleasant. My wife and I were convinced that we were going to see and likely purchase one of two vehicles from another dealership, however Stephen’s follow up from an earli I were convinced that we were going to see and likely purchase one of two vehicles from another dealership, however Stephen’s follow up from an earlier text exchange with me was timely and fortuitous. I’m very happy that he contacted me on a Saturday morning and after our conversation, accommodated our schedule with a same day appointment. Needless to say we did not make it to the other appointment. We really appreciate Stephen’s knowledge and personable demeanor. We were pretty familiar with the NX’s features and Stephen listened well, easily filling in the gaps of our knowledge with important details. We never felt as though he was trying to sell us the vehicle, however he was able to answer all our questions and did so in a manner that remained professional and conveyed sincerity that the only thing that mattered was that we were able to make the correct choice for ourselves. Additionally, we have to express an appreciation for Steven and Govia as well. Steven helped to allay any concerns we may have had that we might have found a better arrangement elsewhere and Govaia had all processing done in an extremely efficient manner. I realize this is all in a day’s work for their team, however, I’ve had experiences with auto purchases that did not measure up to what your team was able to demonstrate in these very challenging times.
