Patient and Nice Grace was great with talking with us regarding car etc. Kind and patient. The one manager I really disliked was Calvin Barnes. He challenged my "how taxes work" knowledge and was very rude. He then had the audacity to say that I was rude... in reality, when he challenged my tax knowledge & asked me what the tax would be on the car: I answered correctly range wise. You never insult a customer, especially when they know what they are doing. I'm not the type of person to walk in a dealership with no knowledge. Calvin should really reassess how he speaks with customers, especially his tone. More
