My car and I are a Perfect Match! I didn't expect to buy a car the day I came in. I had seen a car on the road that I couldn't get out of my mind and wanted to see it up close after r I didn't expect to buy a car the day I came in. At first glance, Grace Gao didn't seem like a stereotypical car salesperson.. and she still does not... but once I described what I wanted, she suggested another color and took me right to my perfect car, I fell in love right away and made the deal that day. He challenged my "how taxes work" knowledge and was very rude. He then had the audacity to say that I was rude... in reality, when he challenged my tax knowledge & asked me what the tax would be on the car: I answered correctly range wise. You never insult a customer, especially when they know what they are doing. I'm not the type of person to walk in a dealership with no knowledge. Calvin should really reassess how he speaks with customers, especially his tone. More
