I had issues with the salesman under Gracie Judy, so I was transferred to Gracie in hopes to get a resolution. Gracie was horribly rude to me and told me to “google” the questions I had about a mistake th was transferred to Gracie in hopes to get a resolution. Gracie was horribly rude to me and told me to “google” the questions I had about a mistake that they made. After refusing to provide her name to me, Gracie hung up the phone on me without resolving the issue. I had to call back to get her name finally and reported the issues I had to a manager who did not seem happy about the experience I had. I’m not sure how someone like that has a job, but if you are reading this, you’ve been warned. I would absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs. More

He helped start the application process, answered all my questions, and guided me through trading in my old truck for a new Camry. He was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Although he wasn’t there to hand me the keys, I truly appreciate everything he did for me. Also, big thanks to James and Gracie for keeping me informed every step of the way and treating me like family. Their communication and care made a huge difference.
