Milton Martin Honda service advisors do a good job of explaining the repairs your car needs, along with prioritizing what is most important. It was very busy the day I was there, and they didn't replenis explaining the repairs your car needs, along with prioritizing what is most important. It was very busy the day I was there, and they didn't replenish the snacks in the waiting room like they usually do. Bottled water and coffee was available. My service advisor did offer to have their shuttle take me somewhere for lunch, but I decided to continue waiting instead. I didn't realize the repairs would take the afternoon -- I wish I had asked for a repair timeframe. Perhaps a loaner car would have been helpful since I had some errands to run in town. More

They listed everything that I wanted them to check on the car. When the car was done they went over everything on the check list. The one thing that I miss is before when I bought the car and brought car. When the car was done they went over everything on the check list. Have premature wear on tires with only 17,000 miles. Normally would rotate tires at 6000 mile oil change. Because of offer to change oil at 10,000 mile tires were rotated at that time. Never thought it Normally would rotate tires at 6000 mile oil change. Because of offer to change oil at 10,000 mile tires were rotated at that time. Never thought it would be cause the problem of cupping so early. Normal driving with two road trips of 1500 miles each. Car always handled and steered correctly until I had tires rotated. Noise now very loud road noise. Not an enjoyable ride now. Graham Edward’s service rep did try to rectify problem with purchase of new Michelin tires. Will never purchase Hankook tires. Maybe car was not aligned correctly when built. I will be purchasing new tires at 20,000 miles oil change. Probably should have changed oil at 6000 miles and rotate tires. Dealership is one hour from my residence. Not convenient to take car in just to rotate tires. Maybe policy of 2 free oil changes should be when customer wants to use them. Just saying it might have prevented my from spending over $1000 on tires with a one year old car. More
