He advised me on the phone when i needed instructions on how to jump-start a dead battery, and then replaced the battery at the Honda store. I also got an oil change. He surprised me by washing my car before returning it to me. Can’t beat that kind of courtesy. More

Not very pleased I bought my car used from this dealership and had a great experience. Getting my car serviced here was another one. I have been two times in the last I bought my car used from this dealership and had a great experience. Getting my car serviced here was another one. I have been two times in the last two weeks. At first my experience with Tott was great, although my problem is still a problem. I went back and Graham took care of me, still did not fix my problem and he was rude because they were very busy and you could tell that. I am very upset with the way i was treated on top of having to wait three hours with an infant for an alignment. I had and appointment yet people who got there after me were seen first and some for the same service. I do not recommend and will not be back. More
