There is a reason that I have taken delivery of 3 Lexuses in a row from Wilde Lexus - and that reason is a dedication to owner satisfaction. I see this dedication throughout my Wilde experience including Sal in a row from Wilde Lexus - and that reason is a dedication to owner satisfaction. I see this dedication throughout my Wilde experience including Sales, Finance and Service. Grant Gaugler has been exemplary in anticipating my needs even before I recognized them. When I took delivery of my previous ES350 in 2009, I asked Grant when this model would be getting a Rear Cross Traffic Alert System which I felt a need for. Grant checked up the line and there was no information about such a system becoming available. When the 2013 ES350 was announced, Grant saw the system was now available. He remembered my question, which was just an off-the-cuff remark, and he called me immediatly. That's what I call sales dedication. He invited me to the Wilde dealership and we tested the performance characteristics of the Cross Traffic Alert System together. A few days later and I was in my new 2013 ES350 with the new system watching my back when reversing out of parking spaces with renewed confidence. Way to go - Grant, Wilde and Lexus. More

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota which was made possible by Grant Gaugler. I had experienced horrible customer service at Lexus of Clearwater during a routine maintenance check on m which was made possible by Grant Gaugler. I had experienced horrible customer service at Lexus of Clearwater during a routine maintenance check on my car a few months back. I decided despite the fact they are closer to where I live, I would NEVER go back to them. My lease was set to expire this month so I went to Wilde looking at the option of either a lease buyout of my current car or leasing a new one. Grant thoroughly discussed and showed me on paper both options, so I could make best informed and educated decision. I liked working with Grant because he wasn't "hard closer" he left the numbers speak for themselves. I decided on leasing a new IS. Grant went above and beyond searching for the color and features I wanted. I think he had to go far. As many cars I've leased I've never had someone say to me whatever the color and feature you want I will do the best to get it for you! And that he did! He was able to deliver the car to me almost week earlier than anticipated. That was a bonus. On the day I picked my car up he had everything prepared for me so did Frank Justin the Finance Manager. I just had to go in and sign a few papers and I was done! Grant also took the time to program my garage door opener, and made sure my phone was synced to my bluetooth. He also took the time to go over all the features in the car and made sure I understood them all and that I was comfortable. But most importantly, when all was said and done Grant wanted to make sure that my experience with him, Frank and the dealership was nothing less than the best. It was! I walked away feeling VALUED! I love my car and I loved my experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. It's well worth the drive Tampa Bay! More

Grant was extremely impressive as he used the latest iPad technology to inform us about the significant aspects of the ES350. He also took the time to program all my contacts from my iphone into the car computer and helped me to set up my speed dialing. In addition, he supplied me with the phone numbers where I could get credits for the XM Radio and Lexus Roadside Assist programs that I had purchased. After our extraordinary experience in purchasing our Lexus 2010 from Grant and his continued care and attention, we felt reassured that we could trust his integrity and business acumen.
