This is my first Lexus (a 2011 ES350) after purchasing 13 new honda accords since 1993. In total I have now owned 49 autos since 1961. I am telling you this because, obviously, I have had dealings with many salesmen and I have NEVER received the quality of service that I have experiened at Lexus of Sarasota. My salesman was Grant Gaugler who would not accept anything but pure customer satisfaction. He went over every detail, especially bluetooth and memory seats, until I was completely satisfied that I understood and could operate everything. I actually consider Grant a friend more than a salesman! Jason Peters as service manager and Avi Kaufman as sales manager also made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I am confident that several years from now I will be driving my 13th new Lexus thanks to the service received. BYW - what a magnificent car! Thanks Lexus of Sarasota! Grant is very helpful and although I usually don't like the experience of leasing or buying a new car, Grant continues to make it a painless experience. In all the years I have leased or bought cars, Grant is one of the best sales professionals I have worked with. He makes the paperwork process easy and he bends over backwards to explain everything in detail. He thoroughly knows "his stuff"; he knows the features of the Lexus inside and out and he knows how to explain the features to his customer so they understand the benefits of leasing a Lexus. In the past, I have recommended Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler and I will not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Grant in the future. In my opinion, Grant is a true professional and it is a pleasure to work with him. Great job...I love my new car! More

No question was too much to ask. I love my new car and so appreciate how easy it was to deal with everyone. Debbie told me about Grant and he was a wonderful young man to deal with. He helped with programming the garage opener which was so important to me. He helped with all the new features on my new car and, even though I am not especially quick when learning new gadgets------I got it. He was so patient with me. Robert made the understanding of the contracts easy and so pleasant. Couldn't have asked for a better Finance Manager. This dealership makes everyone feel special. Thank you to everyone. My old salesman left. Grant contacted me 6 months before my lease was over. He was able to get me out of my current lease at a comparable price to the car I was in. Quick, easy, with no pressure. My husband and I received great service when we purchased this car. We entered the show room and were referred to Grant Gaugler immediately as the salesman who approached us sold used vehicles and we wanted this car. Grant was curteous and didn't try to over-sell the vehicle to us. He and the dealership immediately gave us a good price for the car and the sale of our older vehicle and we didn't have to dicker for a decent price. We hate that. We had a list of dealers we were going to see on our final round of cars in our top list but did not even go to them as we were so pleased with our experience at Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler. More

Bought a 2010 ES350 four months ago from this dealership. Loved it but did not get the Navigation System which I should have. While having a complementary car wash and talking to Grant from sales, I mention Loved it but did not get the Navigation System which I should have. While having a complementary car wash and talking to Grant from sales, I mention to him that I was disappointed about not purchasing the Nav system. I went into the waiting room for a coffee. Before my car was finished with the wash, Grant returned and said that I could upgrade to a new vehicle with the options I want. I was able to trade up to what I should have had the first time. This dealership worked with me for the best price. Before the day was over I did drive home with a clean car. It might have been a new one, but never the less a clean one. See you at my next complementary car wash. This time all I'll buy is a coffee mug. More
