I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-9 Touring from Peak Kia in March 2025. While I signed “as is” paperwork, I later received a written text from my salesperson, Amy Krutsinger, confirming a complimentary 3-month March 2025. While I signed “as is” paperwork, I later received a written text from my salesperson, Amy Krutsinger, confirming a complimentary 3-month/3,000-mile warranty — directly contradicting the “as is” status. Shortly after, the camshaft gear failed. At first, service staff indicated it might be covered. On 5/15/25, Grant Gilmore confirmed warranty coverage. But the next day, communication changed: I was told the only way to know what’s covered is to submit a claim — an inaccurate explanation of how warranties work. After I mentioned legal counsel, Brittany from service abruptly ended the conversation and referred me back to sales. I was also not given the required FTC Buyers Guide at the time of sale — a federal violation. It was only sent after I raised concerns. I later found out my salesperson left shortly after, allegedly over issues with the dealership selling “broken vehicles.” I have this in writing. When I contacted GM Brian Overton, he acknowledged no diagnostic fee would be charged, but claimed no warranty exists and dismissed the written post-sale message from his own staff. He refused to say whether the dealership would fix the issue unless I brought the vehicle in — which I declined due to inconsistent and evasive communication. I’ve since filed complaints with the Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, Attorney General’s Office, and FTC. If you’re considering Peak Kia, get every promise in writing before signing, demand all required legal disclosures, and be extremely cautious with any post-sale representations. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More

Grant helped me with a used car deal and a couple days later I had a couple mechanical issues . Grant was okay to work with at first but when I asked him a question regarding the service being done to me later I had a couple mechanical issues . Grant was okay to work with at first but when I asked him a question regarding the service being done to me “new” vehicle he got nasty with me . Told me they aren’t replacing anything any was in my face . Clearly he was having a bad day but he takes it out on customers wouldn’t recommend working with him at all . More
