The first day I had highly positive impression of Grant and the dealership. When I returned to pay for and pick up the car everyone seemed rushed and had little time for questions and comments. The young man who sat in the car with us briefly did connect us with Onstar but was not successful in connecting our phones with the car. In fact my husbands phone is no longer connected to hisSUV. I was disappointed to find out the car has no button to push to open the garage.I also found out with more extended driving that the ride is noisy and bumpy.I guess the tires are smaller than I’m used to and obviously cheaper.I did appreciate the discount but I should have received more for my near perfect trade in. More
