Well Nemer, I reached out to you directly via a form on your web site. I left you my name, my email address, and my phone number. I have not heard from you. Go ahead and ask Grant about the recent F150 Lightning customer he had an issue with, he will remember me. All of my contact information is in your computer. Feel free to actually reach out. Because I think you just posted the note above to try to save your reputation. If you cared about me as a customer you would reach and respond to my direct contact with you. Unfortunately, Managers are Envision For of Oxnard are not available when you need one. Maybe instead of trying to placate poor reviews you should take action and improve your service department. It is not my fault that your service department failed to collect all of the required information during a recall service. It was extremely rude to put that on me and demand that I return on a specific day, so that you could get paid by Ford. The mistakes your shop makes are not your customer's fault, so don't treat your customer like the customer has done something wrong. When the customer tells you that your proposed schedule does not work, and offers to come in sooner, maybe you should listen istead of being an xxxxxxx. Frankly, Nemer, I think Grant was just under marching orders, probably from you, to get me back into the dealership. I'm sure he was doing your bidding, so that you could get paid by Ford. There won't be a next time, but if there was I'd just let you lose for your own mistake. Learn how to treat customers and stop lying in public about caring. -Steve
