My experience was great during my visit to your dealership for service. The service advisor took the time to explain the process and made me feel welcomed in your dealership. I had a coupon and had dealership for service. The service advisor took the time to explain the process and made me feel welcomed in your dealership. I had a coupon and had no problem redeeming it. I appreciate that at no point during the transaction for the coupon I felt embarrassed. Good experience. Thanks I will be back. More

Grant took me right in and got my car ready for service oil change and right tire sensor replaced all within 2.5 hours as he understood I am a 24 hour caregiver for my husband. I had a 4 hour caregiver for oil change and right tire sensor replaced all within 2.5 hours as he understood I am a 24 hour caregiver for my husband. I had a 4 hour caregiver for him that day and I was back in time. Grant also understood my premium extended warranty and knew just how to write it all up!!! I was well taken care of and have already spread the word!!! Thank you Envisions For and Grant Lee!!! Job well done ?? More

Our truck sat there for 1 month. We dropped it off on December 22nd. We were told that we needed a new transmission. The cost 10K. We were shocked. The Ford F-150 was a 2019 with onl We dropped it off on December 22nd. We were told that we needed a new transmission. The cost 10K. We were shocked. The Ford F-150 was a 2019 with only 76K miles on it. Grant suggested that we call Ford customer service for financial aid. I did this. On January 8th I contacted Janae. She requested the information regarding the transmission from Grant. He sent the estimate to her. I heard nothing for another week. Grant then called and told me that Ford agreed to pay 40% of the cost. I agreed to that but requested to see that offer in writing. He also said that I was to pay the entire 10K in cash in my debit card. He then said the work would be done in 3 days. I contacted Ford customer service. I was told no such agreement existed. I was also told that under no circumstances pay the 10K in cash. Ford financial services does not work that way. Ford makes the agreement of Financial assistance with the dealership and we only pay the balance. At that time we decided to pick up our truck and take it to Ford in Thousand Oaks. As of this date we do not have our truck. We don't have a response from Ford financial services. We were charged $230.00 at Envision Ford for the diagnostics. I was shocked that I was lied to. It's been a horrible experience. More
