The fact that I was told my part had holes from 'rodents' after they 'fixed' it yet less then 24 hours after they 'fixed'it my check engine light came back on and I bring it in and say it isn't covered due t after they 'fixed' it yet less then 24 hours after they 'fixed'it my check engine light came back on and I bring it in and say it isn't covered due to 'rodents' when I have never had that happen where I live or work and they charged me a diagnostic fee when I bought my brand new vehicle from them is not good customer service. I brought the part to a different mechanic and was told it is impossible to say with complete accuracy it is from a rodent. I have zero faith in the dealership and feel they purposely did that to charge me money. Also I had been in there back in December on 12/30 and they couldn't find anything wrong with the same code, told me it was fine, I come back 6 weeks later with same code and they again say nothing is wrong and I ask for smoke test then they find something, so third time back they fix it and say it is covered but then less than 24 hours later I have to call again due to check engine light and when I bring it back for the 4th time for this issue, it is magically rodents and not covered. More

They fixed my loose serpentine belt in a faster time frame than given which was great, but having to pay for a rental hurts the wallet more than I'd like it to and most other places I've been don't make frame than given which was great, but having to pay for a rental hurts the wallet more than I'd like it to and most other places I've been don't make me pay for a loaner.
