They answered all of my questions and helped me get into my dream car, a Forrester Touring model. Adam Driewer was my Product Specialist and Michael Christiano was my Finance Manager. Grant Sommer introduced himself. All were completely professional, knowledgable, and were warm and friendly. They listened to me and I left with a car and finance package that was just the right fit. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

Everyone we spoke with at Sommer's automotive was friendly, efficient, responsive, and when we picked up our shiny new 2016 Subaru Outback, Adam Driewer was exceptional; he spent an incredible quantity of time, patiently explaining every feature. It has been our best experience ever, and we will recommend Sommer's without qualification. We will go out of our way for service, and we're looking forward to it. Thank you! More

I wrote a review about my first visit on there website and was contacted right away via phone and email by Grant Sommer. They took my comments very seriously and took steps to make sure the same scenario does not repeat itself in the future. Grant personally assisted me and did not give me the run around-gave me a fantastic deal right off the bat and a few days later I was driving away in my new car. Michael in financing was also great and was not pushy at all. Josh did a great job walking me through all the techy stuff in my new car and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I will be a repeat customer now. More

I had a pick up serviced and it was done correct, promptly, and no cost as they got GMC to pay it all. I am from Bermuda, have a Camp in Lake Placid, NY. My daughter lives in Mequon and suggested w promptly, and no cost as they got GMC to pay it all. I am from Bermuda, have a Camp in Lake Placid, NY. My daughter lives in Mequon and suggested when we told her we might by a Subaru that we should look at buying it from Sommer's.... I had contacted a dealer in Plattsburg, NY and they promised to locate the car i wanted and deliver it on my return to the Adirondacks. I put a deposit down of $500. While in Milwaukee seeing the Brewers, we stopped by and met Grant. I explained the unlikly case where a guy from Bermuda could buy a car on a Wedensday afternoon and take delivery first thing Friday. Grant was patient, took the information, evaluated our trade in, and located the car with the right spec's we desired (located in Chicago and had to go get it) within 90 minutes. I put a deposit down because they beat the price of new car and gave me over $2,000 more on the trade in. We picked the new Outback at 9am on Friday am and loaded the car with 11 cases of wine (you can buy it much cheaper in Wi than NY) and drove to camp with a big 6 engine and getting 28.5 miles, ie 500 miles to a tank..... I was in heaven driving the car, vs the old SUV and its rolly ride.... We are happy with the car, and very happy with the Grant Sommer and his team for making it happen..... And the funny thing? How did we pay for it? Transfering money over a bank holiday from Bermuda is impossible.... We asked our daughter to cover the cost, and if it didn't happen, I'm convinced Grant would have gotten Subaru to give us a bridge loan for days the money transfer was "in the mail"..... These guys know how to solve problems and deliver, and in record time..... How many times will a car dealer in Mequon, Milwaukee, or Chicago sell a new car to a guy from Bermuda, with a NY state trade in, in less than 36 hours..... More

Grant did a great job explaining the models, and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the models, and took the time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle. Our experience with Sommer's Subaru was awesome. The sales & finance staff were exceptional at answering all of our questions and weren't "pushy". It was well worth the drive to Wisconsin. Being someone who is very turned off by the mere thought of having to deal with sales people, I never once felt uncomfortable or disrespected during the buying process at Sommers. There are very few car-bu of having to deal with sales people, I never once felt uncomfortable or disrespected during the buying process at Sommers. There are very few car-buying outlets out there who treat their customers as they should, and Sommers is among this elite class. I worked with Grant Sommer who was courteous, engaged and amiable from start to finish and I cannot think of anything that could have been done better. Grant was exceedingly accomodating in his efforts to put together the buying arrangement which was slightly more challenging than the average transaction on account of my remote proximity in the NW 'burbs of Illinois. He kept a close eye on the timing of delivery of the 2011 Subaru Outback I reserved and even sent pictures of the car once it arrived. The entire process demonstrated how it is possible to synthesize top-notch customer service and modern technology without sacrificing the element of personal attentiveness. More

After alot research I decided to purchase a Subaru Forester. I had contact w/ several dealerships from Green Bay (where I live) down to Milwaukee. Sommer's was the only dealership that just answered m Forester. I had contact w/ several dealerships from Green Bay (where I live) down to Milwaukee. Sommer's was the only dealership that just answered my questions. There was no push to buy from them. There was no pressure that b/c they were spending so much time w/me that I was obligated to buy from them. Nobody made me feel stupid for asking so many questions. Their email team is awesome. They gave me a quote that was where it was suppose to be according to the research I had done. I worked w/ that as my baseline. I'd get info from other dealers and email Angela or Tina w/ questions or clarifications and they presented me the info I needed to feel like an informed buyer. Sommer's always had the lowest price but I felt I should buy local so I tried to "deal" w/ other dealerships closer to my area. They were not willing to work w/ me. I was concerned about buying from a dealership so far away, but everyone I dealt w/ from the email team to financing team were excellent,which made me comfortable w/ my purchasing decision. I got a 2011 Forester for just a coule of hundred dollars more than a preowned 2010 which was what I was initially looking at. More
