Appointment was at 10am. Didn’t leave until 2pm. Oil change, tire rotation & brake check (all made during the online booking process). Appointment was booked on 12/28/2022 f Didn’t leave until 2pm. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t commit to them. I understand the labor shortages happing as I am in the construction industry, but don’t over book and leave customers waiting hours. Had a missing tire valve cap, they did not even replace it. Asked about the brakes, was told they don’t see the notes from the booking we make and was told to power wash rotors?!?! I’m not confident the brakes are even checked. More
