Don’t offer appointments if you can’t commit to them. I understand the labor shortages happing as I am in the construction industry, but don’t over book and leave customers waiting hours. Had a missing tire valve cap, they did not even replace it. Asked about the brakes, was told they don’t see the notes from the booking we make and was told to power wash rotors?!?! I’m not confident the brakes are even checked. More

My jeep sat untouched with them for 2 days before I had to return for it as we don't have an extra vehicle. They lost my scheduled appointment and didn't do anything to make up for it.
