For picking up my brand new Jeep I made it clear multiple times in advance that I wanted to spend as little time as possible in their show room to pick-up my new Jeep. They got all the information beforehand, and I was told I would be in and out within 1 hour. When I showed up, nothing was prepared at all, the whole process finally took 3,5 hours(!!) in their cold lobby. I was told from time to time that they'll pull up the vehicle any moment. When it finally was ready, I still had to go through financing, which could have well done while I was waiting. Their excuse was that they first picked the wrong Jeep for detailing, and also had to polish some scratches from transport. They could have told me long before that it'll take extra time, I'm living just 5 minutes away. I could have gone home and come back later. Reuben from financing saved the day, he was a pleasure to work with and efficient. Otherwise it would have been just 2 stars! Worst car pick-up process ever!!! They don't care about your time nor keep you in the loop. Things changed since they had parking lots full of new cars. Nowadays you're lucky to get a new car after 4 months of waiting. They know that you won't walk away at that point. :-/ I still recommend the dealership because their service department does a really great job. I had my previous Jeep always serviced there without any issues. More

I spotted a 2016 Grand Cherokee with low miles and put in a response and had a reply right away. Jeb made contact with me and even walked out to the vehicle to answer a few questions. Made a decision over ni a response and had a reply right away. Jeb made contact with me and even walked out to the vehicle to answer a few questions.
