It took 6 weeks to get my car repaired! Chrysler warranty failed to repair the engine correctly. They only replaced the damaged parts, they did NOT CORRECT the problem that caused the damag Chrysler warranty failed to repair the engine correctly. They only replaced the damaged parts, they did NOT CORRECT the problem that caused the damage ( the oil control valves on the MDS system, damage to the bearings and other engine components due to metal shavings in the oil). The engine should have been replaced. Chrysler has been replacing the engines when the MDS cam & lifters fail. This failure is caused by poor design of the oiling system in the gen 3 engines. I feel my engine should have been replaced also. Mike Doht tried to get a new engine, but was rejected by Chrysler warranty. I also believe the damaged parts BELONG to me, not Chrysler. I will be Joining the Class Action Law Suit against Chrysler! My complaint against the dealership is the long waiting time; the car was returned dirty; and the dealership offered no help with assisting with our loss of a vehicle. We had to rent a car and get bus transportation for Six weeks More

The dealership was very prompt and courtesy from the time I walked in the door to inquire into ordering a new vehicle and throughout the next four months waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Brought my Renegade in for recall service, and the service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was a little surprised that the dealership couldn't/didn't offer service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was a little surprised that the dealership couldn't/didn't offer me some type of loaner as I wasn't able to have a vehicle for a entire week, but I managed to make it work. Just a suggestion, but management might want to consider situations like this as opportunities to help generate excitement in service customers to purchase a newer vehicle from the dealership. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, not sleazy feeling, great inventory and selection. Greeted immediately by a sales rep who helped us find the Jeep we were looking for. We would like to be able to drive our Wagoneer that is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, but not being able to get it serviced when there's clearly a warranty issue with the rotors makes us wary of driving it on any long road trips.
