My experience the moment I walked into the parking lot and was greeted by Greg Aune was a very good one. I was interested in a 2010 Ford Escape. I was looking for something I can depend on for winter driving as well as a SUV with good gas mileage. I found Nyhus to be reasonable in price for the vehicle I as looking at as well as more competitive than other dealerships I had been to in Duluth, MN, which is where I am from. I found that a smaller family owned dealership like Nyhus was a much better experience than any I ever dealt with in Duluth. Greg was very easy to deal with and did not pressure us in any way to make a sale. There were a couple of small stains in the seats and even though it was a Saturday he called to see if any of their detai in any way to make a sale. I definitely recommend Nyhus Family Sales. Greg (and Nick) were great to deal with, responded right away to emails and phone calls, and organizing a time to come check out the car was easy. When I inquired on-line regarding this truck Nick responded quickly which I really appreciated. When I responded to set-up the day and time to come to test drive this truck he was very helpful. When I arrived on Wed for my test drive the truck was already running to get warmed up. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness. The truck is in very good condition and clean. Greg gave me a very good trade-in value for my Explorer. I had been checking on-line for trucks like this and this was the best deal of all for the price and mileage and condition of the vehicle. Nick was very helpful in offering to check on a better interest than my bank could give me and he did get a better interest rate for me which I really appreciate too. They both were very appreciative for me purchasing this truck from them. More
