Noisy Vehicle Earlier this month a deer jumped thru my windshield tearing the roof back and totaling my vehicle. I have been without a car and looking or something Earlier this month a deer jumped thru my windshield tearing the roof back and totaling my vehicle. I have been without a car and looking or something every opportunity I can find. Traveled about 70 miles to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty found on their website. Was told the grinding noises and vibration are normal for that vehicle. Haven't heard those noises in other Libertys! Those ones must have had service issues?! Also the Carfax disappeared on that vehicle. Read it once and question the length of time it had been sitting at two different car lots went back to double check that I had read that right and it was no longer available. I'm ready to buy and I can deal with certain issues, I can't deal with being treated like an idiot. More

Upgraded from 98 to 09 Visted the dealership and met with Greg. I had a 1998 Chevy extended cab with high mileage. Told Greg what my wants were of a newer vehicle. I also told Greg where I needed to be at, price wise. Greg told me that he was going to take a look around and see what he could find at the next few auctions. A little less than two weeks later, Greg had a model sitting in the lot that matched my needs. I was able to test drive the vehicle for a few days and ended up purchasing it. Expectations were set early and were met in a timely and professional manner. What more can a customer ask? More
